This is also known as MALENKA, and infamously has a longer, sexier cut (tons of nudity from a bunch of Euro starlets) and a shorter cut missing a lot of that. The shorter cut is widely available - I think the original US release, retitled FANGS as above, contained it - the longer cut is more difficult to see. Who knows which version this will be?
I received mine a couple days ago and popped it in for a quick look. With a film like this I don't really scrutinize it too closely, or nit pick it to death.
To my eyes, I was impressed with the image I saw. While grain isn't omnipresent, any noise reduction isn't done to a level of being offensively blatant.
It was a very watchable, even appealing, image to my eyes.
As far as the audio- the disc defaulted to the original language track with subs which sounded cleaner to me than the English dub which contained a steady stream of analog drop outs and mild pops.
I wasn't aware of the differences in cuts, so I didn't check to see if another cut was listed in the bonus materials. The reversible jacket art is specifically for Malenka, though.
