Man Pushes Woman To Floor, Robs Her At Knifepoint In Hicksville

Police are looking to identify a man who pushed a woman to the floor and robbed her at knifepoint on Monday night in Hicksville.

According to authorities, the man entered JM Travel and Multiservice, located at 2 E. Marie St., holding a knife at 9:25 p.m. Police say he pushed the woman to the floor and demanded her money.

She complied and he fled the scene on foot towards Broadway with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The woman suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Police described the man as Hispanic, 25 to 30 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a thin build, and wearing a brown jacket, dark pants and a white mask.
