The Tampa Bay Flow Tribe Spin-Jam July meet-up Sunday at Cypress Point Park in Tampa offered free workshops on topics including Pendulums With Poi, Hoop Flow Sequences, Intro to Partner Acrobatics and Balance and more.

The group, which meets from 12:30 p.m. to sunset on the first Sunday of the month, connects through Facebook and began planning and inviting members of the Flow Art community to monthly spin-jams in January 2013. The group's monthly Facebook event page says it has the "intention of providing a safe place for individuals to gather in nature and further their knowledge, relationships and perceptions of props used in the flow arts."
