A 78-acre Vanderpool ranch and vineyard in Bandera County, which is 65 miles northwest of San Antonio, has been listed for $10.5 million. The massive property at 34986 Ranch Road 187 sits below rolling hills and is minutes from Lost Maples State Natural Area and Garner State Park. The property also includes access to the nearby Sabinal River.

The property includes the 16-acre Lost Maples Winery at Polvadeau Vineyards and the 62-acre Polvadeau Ranch, which are also being listed separately for $6.75 million and $3.75 million, respectively.

The vineyard includes roughly 3,000 vines capable of producing more than 30,000 black Spanish grapes. The Lost Maples Winery, owned and operated by Tom and Glenda Slaughter, has been in business since 2006 and was the first commercial vineyard in Bandera County.
