Baileyville Man Accused of Attacking Woman in Sangerville

A man from Baileyville is in jail accused of attacking a woman in Sangerville and holding her at gunpoint, while out on bail for a similar crime in Old Town.
29-year-old Timothy Curtis is charged with aggravated assault, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence assault, among other charges.
He appeared in court in Dover-Foxcroft Friday where a judge set bail at $20,000.
Authorities say Curtis attacked the woman in her home earlier this week and was arrested Wednesday.
Curtis was also arrested in May for a domestic violence case in Old Town.
Authorities say that involved a different woman.
He's charged with domestic violence criminal threatening for that incident.
