RALEIGH, N.C. — The Art of Cool Festival and the Southern Womens Show are among the latest Triangle events to be canceled or postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Art of Cool organizers announced Wednesday that the annual music festival would not be taking place as planned on Sept. 25-28 in Durham.

The Southern Women's Show, which was planned for April 17-19 at the N.C. State Fairgrounds, has been postponed.

The show is now scheduled for June 19-21. Tickets purchased for the original date will be honored.

"The show is such an incredible event that brings the community together, and we are grateful for the opportunity to reschedule the 35th annual Show in June,” show manager Katie Cronin said. “We look forward to seeing everyone in just a few months for a fun weekend filled with shopping, celebrity guests, fashion shows, makeovers and more!”

Singer Billy Joel has postponed his April 18 concert at Charlotte's Bank of American Stadium, concert promoters announced Thursday. The show has been moved to April 17, 2021. Tickets purchased for the 2020 concert will be honored for the new date.
