Kentucky State Police are investigating after a woman was fatally shot in Hart County Tuesday night. Officials responded to a home in the 1300 block of Walnut Grove School Road on reports of a shooting. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a woman in the front yard, dead from an apparent gunshot wound, officials said. Police identified the victim as Jennifer Hendricks, 27, of Upton, Kentucky. Police arrested David Finley, 47. Authorities said they found him hiding in a home in Radcliff. He is being held at the Hardin County Detention Center on murder, assault and other charges.
