TRIFECTA CONCERT SERIES, BUT THIS YEAR AT A NEW VENUE. WLKY’S SHAQUILLE LORD JOINS US LIVE AT THE HIGHLAND FESTIVAL GROUNDS WITH MORE ON WHAT YO CAN EXPECT. SHAQUILLE: AFTER LAST YEAR’S FLOODING AT CHAMPIONS PARK FORCED BOURBON AND BEYOND CANCEL, THE GOAL FOR THIS YEAR WAS TO FIND SOMEWHERE SUSTAINABLE. HERE, THREE FESTIVALS, THREE DIFFERENT WEEKENDS, AND A WHOLE LOT OF BOURBON. THE DAY BEFORE THE HOMETOWN RISING FESTIVAL STARTS, FINISHING TOUCHES ARE BEING DONE AT ITS NEW HOME. >> WHAT WE’RE BUILDING OUT HE IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE, IT’S BOURBON DISNEYLAND. Organizers hope one day it can be a main attraction in the Derby City.The Louisville Trifesta Series will be at the Highland Festival Grounds starting this weekend.Different music festivals covering different genres will happen three weekends in a row. Up first is the new Hometown Rising festival, which is purely country.
