MENAHGA, Minn. — Several fire crews battled a big fire at a golf course near Menahga in Wadena County.
The Blueberry Pines Golf Course lodge was fully engulfed in flames on Wednesday, according to the Wadena County Sheriff's Office.
Crews from Menahga, Wadena, Verndale, Staples, Akeley, Nevis, Bluffton, and Carsonville battled the fire.
On Facebook, the Wadena County Sheriff’s Office asked the public to stay away from the fire as crews worked to put it out.
Officials say the building is expected to be a complete loss.
