Sean McVay’s biggest fan is sending him love as the new NFL season gets underway.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Veronika Khomyn posted two cozy snaps of herself with the Rams head coach, whom she married back in June.
Captioning the post, “Love you,” Khomyn — who specializes in luxury real estate — is seen leaning into McVay, 36, before he kisses her in the corresponding snap.
It’s been a memorable 12 months for McVay and Khomyn, who kicked off the year with a Rams’ Super Bowl win back in February. The longtime couple later tied the knot in June at The Beverly Hills Hotel.
“Love is a short word, easy to spell, difficult to define and impossible to live without,” Khomyn said of McVay on Instagram at the time.
For the luxurious wedding reception, McVay and Khomyn celebrated with family, friends, members of the Rams, and current free-agent Odell Beckham Jr., who crashed the party.
“I said, ‘You crash the wedding, you re-sign with the Rams then, man,’” McVay said on a previous installment of the “I AM ATHLETE” podcast.
Beckham, 29, was an integral piece of Los Angeles’ Super Bowl victory over Cincinnati, as he scored a touchdown before exiting the game with a torn ACL.
Earlier this month, the wide receiver was in attendance for the Rams’ season opener as he continues to work his way back from injury. Beckham’s presence didn’t bring his former team much luck as they fell to Buffalo, 31-10.
The Rams and Bills have both been courting Beckham in recent months, and it remains to be seen just where the three-time Pro Bowler will land next.
As for McVay, his future is in Los Angeles after reaching a contract extension with the Rams over the summer.
The 1-1 Rams will visit the Cardinals on Sunday.
