One dead, two injured after I-81 crash in Pa.

GREENCASTLE, Pa. — One man was pronounced dead and two others were taken to regional hospitals Saturday night after a car left Interstate 81, hit a ditch and rolled several times, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

The crash, reported at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, occurred on southbound Interstate 81 south of Marion, Pa., according to a news release from state police.

A 2009 Dodge Caliber was heading south in the left lane when, for unknown reasons, it crossed the right lane and went off the interstate's shoulder, the release said.

After hitting a ditch and rolling several times, the car came to a stop on its driver's side.

One man was ejected from the car and pronounced dead at the scene, the release said.

The deceased was identified Sunday as Joshua Lee Ledezma, 26, of Waynesboro, Pa., according to state police.

Another man was taken to Meritus Medical Center near Hagerstown, police said. A third male was taken to York (Pa.) Hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.

The other two males' names were not released by police.

The crash remained under investigation.
