And Tina Fey and Amy Poehler definitely look ready to make a triumphant return to the stage for a third time in new promo shots for the Sunday gala.
The comedians and best friends keep it chic in little black dresses as they each pose holding one of the highly coveted trophies in their hands.

Tina wears a sleeveless number with two thing straps that perfectly hugs her curvaceous figure.
The 44-year-old has her brown tresses styled with subtle waves, natural makeup, dark eyeliner and a coral lipstick.
Amy, 43, went with a long sleeve frock adorned with lace sleeves and featuring a patent leather belt to accentuate her slender waist.

Her straight blonde locks were parted down the middle with pale makeup on her porcelain skin and a nude lip.
The former SNL stars struck various playful poses with the hands at their hips, seated at a table and carrying the illustrious award.
Although they have had great success as Golden Globes hosts in 2013 and 2014, the Parks And Recreation star says their third stint at the podium on January 11 will be their last.

Explaining why they are choosing to call it a day, Amy told NBC's Today: 'It's the law of diminishing returns, which is why this is our last time.'
'Unless you want to be a perennial host, there's nowhere to go but down!'
The 72nd Annual Golden Globes air live on Sunday at 5pm PST, 8pm EST on NBC.
