The Algerian-born attacking midfielder can play behind the striker or on the wing and Liverpool are confident they can sign the player to their academy.

Larouici could be the next player Le Havre have developed after the likes of Pogba, Dimitri Payet and Riyad Mahrez all started at the Ligue 2 club.

The Reds could be in for a busy summer with the club looking set to land Chelsea starlet Dominic Solanke.

The 19-year-old striker is out of contract at the end of the season and has told pals he is Anfield-bound.

And Conte confirmed: “I think (he will leave), I am not sure, but I think this is his will.
