Kalyan Das, Sharan Calay, and Andrew Silverstein will join Greenberg Traurig from Seward & Kissel in New York, the firm said Friday.
Das, who will also be based in the London and Bridgehampton offices, has headed the global bank and institutional finance and restructuring practice at Seward & Kissel, according to Greenberg Traurig.
He focuses on areas such as structured finance, asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities transactions, project finance, fintech financing, domestic and international banking transactions, capital markets, and private equity, Greenberg Traurig said.
Calay advises on structured finance, asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities transactions, and domestic and international banking transactions, and Silverstein focuses on corporate finance, structured finance, and asset securitization, according to the firm.
