Dozens of people lining up for local going out of business sales at Hallmark Heritage shops.
Employees tell eyewitness news ten of the seventeen local stores are closing down.
Many people are looking for bargains at the stores. Eyewitness News stopped by the store in the Keyser Oak Shopping Center in Scranton.
The store is expected to remain open for a few more week
