Through April 30

Free drive-thru COVID-19 testing: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and every second Saturday of the month at the Texas State University Round Rock Campus, 1555 University Blvd. This is a free, state-supported test collection site, operating at no cost to the individual. Participants do not need symptoms to be tested and no insurance is required. No appointments are necessary, although pre-registration at texas.spartancovidtesting.com is recommended. Results will be available three to five days after testing. Participants will receive an automated text and/or email with results once available. March 30

Virtual Resume Review: 4 to 5 p.m. via Microsoft Teams from the Round Rock Public Library. People are asked to register only if their resume is ready to submit. A librarian will meet with registrants for resume help. To register: roundrocktexas.gov.

March 31

Pause and Play with the storytime librarians: 10:30 to 10:40 a.m. via YouTube and Facebook, hosted by the Round Rock Public Library. Librarians will share a short video with a rhyme, song or book. For information: roundrocktexas.gov.

Tech 1 to 1: 1 to 2 p.m. online from the Round Rock Public Library. People can get one-on-one assistance with tech devices, apps and accounts. For information: roundrocktexas.gov.

April 1

Brushy Creek Community Center open house: 5 to 8 p.m. at the Brushy Creek Community Center 16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock. Attendees will have a chance to tour offerings and sign up for sports and swim lessons. Photos can also be taken with the Brushy Creek Bunny. For information: bcmud.org.

Youth Rock Climbing Classes: 3:15 to 4:15 for ages 6-8, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. for ages 9-12. Instructors will cover all safety aspects and provide rock climbing games and group challenges. For information: bcmud.org.

May 30

Disc Golf Tournament: registration from 8:15 to 8:45 a.m., tee off at 9 a.m. at the Brushy Creek Community Center, 16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock. Two round of play, including best throw in the first round, alternating throw in the second round. Lunch will be provided. Awards for first, second and third place will be given. Ace Pot and Closest to the Pin will be an optional self-managed side event. For ages 16 through adult. Cost: $20 per team. To register: bcmud.org.
