The second incarnation of the hard-rock focused Make America Rock Again Tour is returning this August, and will be headlined by Scott Stapp.
“I’m excited to headline Make America Rock Again,” says Stapp, who is set to perform Creed hits with his backing band. “We’ve got a great lineup that I’m looking forward to touring with. It’s going to be a great summer of rock’n’roll for the bands and the fans.”
Joining Stapp in the lineup are Sick Puppies, Drowning Pool, Trapt and Adelitas Way. The tour will begin Aug. 4 at Buffalo Chip in Sturgis, South Dakota, and will visit about 40 cities. Select dates featuring special guest performances by other major rock acts will be announced soon, and certain dates will include pre-show barbecues and artist meet-and-greet opportunities.
Tickets go on sale June 2. For more information about tickets and dates as they added, visit MakeAmericaRockAgain.com.
The 2016 edition of Make America Rock Again featured the aforementioned Trapt, Saliva, Saving Abel, Alien Ant Farm, Crazy Town, 12 Stones and Tantric. Drowning Pool also joined for select dates. Booked and produced by Supreme Entertainment, the tour drew almost 100,000 people in 46 cities.
