JEWELL — The South Hamilton wrestling team dropped a 51-15 Heart of Iowa Conference dual to Monroe-PCM here last Thursday night.

Holden Klein, Keyton Remsburg and Graham Peters all picked up victories for the Hawks.

Klein downed Charlie Sitzmann by decision at 126 pounds, Remsburg picked up a fall in 1:59 over Sawyer Bouwkamp and Peters pinned Trent Nickelson in just 59 seconds.

Braden Young dropped a tough 8-5 decision to Hewitt Brinegar while the Hawks also surrendered three forfeits.

Both Kevin Gonzalez and Brody Harris picked up junior varsity wins with falls.

South Hamilton returns to action on Tuesday at Roland-Story for duals with the Norsemen, Colfax-Mingo and Saydel.
