The Nigerian star blazing the trail with Affiliate marketing

If you told anyone that one can build a multimillionaire startup from scratch a lot of people would shrug at it but that is exactly what Segun Ketiku did with Digital Raves!!

He came from a very modest background and when you interact with him his down to earth personality (except for his love for expensive suits lol) always shines through and it is not hard to see how he was able to grind and build an affiliate marketing firm to the top of the industry at a time when internet startups weren’t the biggest thing. It can be said that Digital Raves was born out of his love for the internet and he used this love to harness a part of it called affiliate marketing in a way that was legitimate, not MLM driven and created immense value for people around the world.

It could be said that his desire to grow the online market and provide value was one of the motivations for spearheading digital raves which turned out to be much bigger than anticipated

Digital Raves experienced exponential growth with the company hitting revenues that had not been seen before in the digital and affiliate marketing space in Nigeria. While it is great to be a big fish in a small pond, it doesn't always last long and in no time Digital Raves under his leadership made the big move to Lagos with a state of the art office space. The new move meant Digital Raves had to grow their staff strength by over 100% all of which were trained and groomed by Segun in his hands-on style of leadership that ensured the company continued to deliver on steller services to affiliates from all over the world.

His sojourn with Digital Raves took him around the world with digital meetups in Dubai, Egypt and other parts of the world as he continued to not only grow the company but also improve himself as a business owner. This has not been without any blemish as there have got to be a few bumps on the road as a result of the fact that it is his first rodeo as a CEO of a company but on the result from the first few years he has handled himself well.

Digital Raves like most companies went through a transition but this didn't and hasn't deterred him from taking the company to the next level as he has continued to push the boundaries in the digital space beyond the norm while mentoring others young entrepreneurs to succeed in the digital space.

The growth of Digital Raves and Segun Ketiku is a testament to the fact that hard work, tenacity and a focus on delivering excellent service is key to success and it would be interesting to see the next step he takes.
