Brandon James

Chicago-native Brandon James continues his musical prowess with a powerhouse voice that is not only sultry, but grips you with waves of raw emotions. Exposing you to tinges of both Stevie Wonder & John Legend, he leaves his own mark with unforgettable performances of both contemporary soul and R&B Pop hits in his own discography. As his music hits you, you can expect to keep your feet moving and body dancing the night away.

Originally a way to overcome struggles in his personal life, Brandon fell in love both making and sharing music as an outlet to bring people, communities, and hearts together. He has been fortunate enough to play some amazing venues such as UIC Pavilion, House of Blues, Reggies and HVAC, opening up for acts such as Ryan Leslie, Method Man, Ghost Face & the iconic Earth Wind & Fire. A Chicago staple of both original and iconic soul/R&B, Brandon James comes into 2019 with a brand new EP out late this year. Get ready for the optimistic and upbeat first single "So Emotional" coming out May 10th, 2019.
