Cam’ron made it clear he has no interest in being with Erykah Badu. The It Is What It Is podcaster spoke about the Queen of Neo-Soul on an episode of his sports talk show.
At one point, fellow It Is What It Is host Ma$e asked Cam’ron to “rate” female celebrities Amber Rose, Draya Michele and Lori Harvey by looks. Cam’ron praised Rose before mentioning the mother of André 3000’s son, Seven Benjamin.
“She’s a homie too, but I told n##### she can’t get nowhere near me with that p####,” Cam’ron said about Erykah Badu. “That s### she be doing to n##### is crazy. N##### be regular until they f### her.”
The so-called “Badu Box” has been a topic of conversation in Hip-Hop circles for decades. Throughout her career, the Dallas-bred songstress has dated rappers André 3000, The D.O.C., Jay Electronica and Common.
“Yeah, the ‘Badu Box’ is real,” Common acknowledged in 2014. “It can take you to another universe. But seriously that’s when you meet somebody that’s real special and you’re like, ‘Man, this woman got… she got something else man.’”
Additionally, the Electric Circus album creator said, “It ain’t just the sex. It ain’t just the looks. It’s like something that’s kind of like spirit-wise where you’re like, ‘This woman got something else.’”
