1. Mini Chocolate Mousse Cups

Ingredients For Mini Chocolate Mousse Cups:

  • 2 cups fresh cream
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 1 cup gelatin

How To Make Mini Chocolate Mousse Cups:

1. In a bowl, combine gelatin with three times its volume in water, ensuring thorough mixing. Cover the bowl and heat over a double boiler or in the microwave for two minutes.

2. For the ganache, place dark chocolate and cream in a bowl. Set the bowl over a double boiler and stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

3. In another bowl, mix fresh cream, milk, and chocolate over a double boiler until the mixture is thin. Then, gently fold in whipped cream.

4. Combine the ganache with the cream mixture, ensuring thorough incorporation.

5. Finally, add the gelatin mixture and mix well. Pour the resulting mixture into desired containers and refrigerate until set. Once set, remove it from the fridge.

6. Garnish with some chopped strawberries and serve.

2. Kesar Kheer Recipe

Ingredients For Kesar Kheer Recipe:

  • 1 litre whole milk
  • 1/2 cup rice, washed, drained, and soaked for one hour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • A pinch ofsaffron strands(kesar)
  • 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

How To Make Kesar Kheer Recipe:

1. In a heavy-bottomed pan, boil the milk over medium heat.

2. Once the milk comes to a boil, add soaked rice to it and stir well.

3. Lower the heat to medium-low and let the rice cook in the milk, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan. Cook until the rice becomes soft and the milk thickens, which may take about 20-25 minutes.

4. Once the rice is cooked and the mixture has thickened, add the sugar and soaked saffron along with the milk it was soaked in. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

5. Add the chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder to the kheer. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavours to blend.

6. Turn off the heat and let the kheer cool down for a few minutes.

7. Transfer the kheer to serving bowls. Garnish with a few saffron strands or chopped nuts, if desired.

8. Serve the Kesar Kheer warm or chilled, as preferred.

3. Vanilla Mug Cake

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon sprinkles
  • Sat to taste

How To Make Vanilla Mug Cake

1. First combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mug, and mix well.

2. Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and stir until the mixture is smooth, scraping the bottom of the mug. Mix in the sprinkles.

3. Microwave on high for 70-90 seconds until the cake is just set, with a slight glaze on top.

4. Let it rest in the microwave for one minute before serving.
