Persona 3 Reload: Every Boss Ranked From Worst To Best

5. Takaya

By the time you've caught up to Takaya at the end of the game, he's more than earned the vicious ass-whooping you're about to give him. Killing Aragaki, shooting Chidori (and killing her if you don't jump through very specific hoops to save her), and then starting up a doomsday cult to celebrate the coming apocalypse. Needless to say, the simple act of introducing this punk rock Jesus-cosplayer to the business end of your sword is satisfying all on its own.

So satisfying that it almost makes up for how straightforward the fight is.

Oh there is strategy, don't misunderstand, but the fight is meant to be one that any combination of party members can beat. As a result, it's nowhere near as complex as the other bosses on this list.

Takaya's claim to fame is that, true to his status as the main human villain of the story, he hits like a truck and can eliminate your advantages. Particularly in the second phase where he robs you of all your SP. But this is the second to last boss of the game, so you should have at least one Soma on you. After that, it's just a matter of throwing everything you have at Takaya until he stays down.
