Post-free agency TD Wire power rankings and the NFC West

The first part of the offseason has mostly been completed. Most of the moves in free agency have happened. For the most part, any additions will be minor moving forward.

With the first wave of free agency complete, Touchdown Wire’s Jarrett Bailey put together some early offseason power rankings to show how the 32 teams stack up after the first offseason changes.

Let’s take a look at the NFC West and see how the Arizona Cardinals rank compared to the rest of the division.

San Francisco 49ers (No. 2 overall)

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (13) throws a pass against the Arizona Cardinals during the second quarter at State Farm Stadium in Glendale on Dec. 17, 2023.

They finished the season losing in the Super Bowl and, while they lost DL Arik Armstead, added pass-rushing help and still have great offensive weapons.

Los Angeles Rams (No. 10 overall)

Aaron Donald retired but they have a mix of veteran studs and young, budding stars.

Seattle Seahawks (No. 19 overall)

Steven Bisig-USA TODAY Sports

They have a new head coach in Mike Macdonald. Geno Smith still is the starting QB and they have offensive talent.

Arizona Cardinals (No. 26 overall)

Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

Hollywood Brown is gone and so is Rondale Moore. The receiver room has major question marks (until the draft) but the defense is much better.
