ARLINGTON, Texas – Six Flags shareholders have overwhelmingly voted to approve the amusement park company’s merger with rival Cedar Fair, the owner of Cedar Point.
Six Flags, based in Arlington, Texas, announced the results in a late Tuesday filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
