Mega Millions jackpot rises to $1.1 billion after no winner announced Friday

(CNN) - It’s time to buy another round of lottery tickets.
No grand prize winner was called after the numbers were drawn in Friday’s night Mega Millions jackpot worth $977 million.
In case you missed it, the numbers were 3, 8, 31, 35, 44 and 16. Five win
The Mega Millions jackpot prize is now sitting at $1.1 billion.
There has not been a Mega Millions jackpot winner since Dec. 8.
The next Mega Millions drawing will be held Tuesday night.
