Becky Lynch has revealed that she simply loves to wrestle and tell stories.

The Irish superstar is currently promoting her new autobiography, Becky Lynch: The Man (Not Your Average Girl), due for release later month. She has been undertaking a book signing and answering questions from fans, where she revealed some interesting truths about her career.

During a virtual book signing with Live Signing, Lynch was asked what is her motivation now she has accomplished so much in wrestling. The Man revealed she wrestles simply for the love of the sport. She also noted that she wants to give back to wrestling, and tell great stories in the ring.

“I love this, I love what I do, and I love wrestling. I love being out there in front of the fans, and I love everything about wrestling. I love everything that goes into it, and that’s enough to motivate me. It’s not about the accomplishments any more. Thankfully, luckily, I’ve been able to get all of them. I’ve been able to do all of that.”

“But it’s really about what I can give back now. It’s not about what I can get from wrestling, It’s how I can give. How I can make it the greatest viewing experience for the audience. How I can make it a better place after I leave it than how I found it, and I think that’s what continues to keep me motivated.

“And just telling stories. What is the most interesting story I could tell.”

Becky Lynch Also Named Her Soulmates Inside The Wrestling Ring

When asked about her “soulmates” inside the ring, Lynch named stars like Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair as people she has great matches with.

“The very cool thing about that is I think there’s several,” Lynch said. “You know, I think Charlotte and I obviously have an undeniable chemistry and an undeniable history. And I think no matter how many times myself and Charlotte have wrestled, I think people are always going to want to see more.”

“And another is Bianca Belair. She’s fabulous,. I love stepping in the ring with her. Every time we do, I feel like there’s a little bit of magic that happens. And so, there’s a couple. There’s a couple. I’ve loved beating the bejesus out of Nia Jax also. I’ve loved it. I’ve loved it. I loved leg-dropping her through an announce table on Monday Night RAW, that was fun.”

Becky Lynch: The Man (Not Your Average Girl) will be released on March 26, 2024.
