There are mass-market automakers like Toyota and Ford - we talk about them all the time. There are also premium and ultra-luxury carmakers like BMW or Aston Martin - and we often discuss them. But then there are the exotics - and we always feel that we say too few things about them.
On the other hand, Koenigsegg is an example of ultra-exotics: we discuss them in relation to ultra-limited hypercar series and whenever there's a new mind-bending speed record waiting to be broken, for example. Still, we just don't talk as much as we would like about them. Hey, but it turns out that we are not the only ones. In fact, even the prolific and imaginative realm of digital car content creators doesn't touch the Koenigsegg subject as often, frankly.

No worries, though, as one dweller across the parallel universes of vehicular CGI has recently set out to address the virtual issue. Ghast, the mysterious virtual artist better known as loveghvst on social media, has proceeded to rework a true exotic masterpiece, the Koenigsegg CC850 – and came up not with one, not with two, not with three, but with four digital ideas based on the limited production mid-engine sports car.

Introduced during the summer of 2022 at Pebble Beach, California, this is Koenigsegg's homage to the CC8S unveiled to celebrate two decades since the original's start of production but also to commemorate the 50th anniversary of company founder Christian von Koenigsegg. Due to popular demand from the one percenters, the initial production run planned for 50 examples has since been supplanted with another 20 units.

Of course, each will most likely be unique, as is the tradition with such ultra exotics. But just in case the 70 customers run out of ideas, this CGI expert has a quartet of visions for the Koenigsegg CC850. It all started about a month ago, in late February, with the hypothetical Koenigsegg CC850 KNC – which is short for Koenigsegg Naked Carbon. There's no need to explain this $443k option, right?

Secondly, the CC850 R has a pop-out Bright Orange body as a throwback to the original CCX, and it's mixed with naked carbon fiber and a white leather interior dubbed Pale White to ensure the contrast is extreme. So are the hypothetical weight-saving techniques, and while there's no engine upgrade, the mass has been modified to "achieve that iconic 1:1 power to weight ratio (1385hp-1385kg)."

Thirdly, the Koenigsegg CC850 RS is inspired by the mind-numbing Agera RS, of course, and even the author says he's scared of what this hypercar could do if it were ever real. The Metallic Red Magenta with Gloss White interior is a personal choice in terms of colors, but the engine has been upgraded to over 1,500 horsepower to make it 'ferocious.'

Last but not least, the fourth (but not the last) build so far is the Koenigsegg CC850 RS-J – again inspired by an Agera. It packs the CC850 engine taken to 1,850 hp, a Jesko-inspired suspension, the One:1 wheels, and a community-voted Grey/Silver with the strong Koenigsegg Orange combination of colors. By the way, more builds are coming, and the author will transform these virtual design projects into Assetto Corsa mods! Cool, right?
