MPC girls lacrosse: Vote for the conference’s player of the week for the week ending March 23

Opening week of the Mid-Penn Conference girls lacrosse season saw many excellent performances, despite the cold and windy conditions that prevailed throughout the region.

And, now it’s time for fans to vote for the top performance in the first PennLive girls lacrosse player of the week poll.

Voting remains opens until noon Tuesday. The winner will be revealed Wednesday on PennLive.com.

Hanna Russell, Hershey — Russell had five goals and five assists in a 15-5 win over Cocalico and added seven markers and three helpers in a win over State College.

Hailey Russell, Hershey — Russell had three goals, notching her 100th-career point in the process, in a 15-5 win over Cocalico. Russell had two more goals in a win over State College.

Morgan Lantz, Palmyra — Lantz had six goals, an assist, and 17 draw controls in a 10-7 win over Chambersburg.

Sienna Chirieleison, Trinity — Chirieleison had six goals in a 16-6 win over Carlisle.

Grace Updegraff, Red Land — Updegraff scored six goals in a 20-1 win over CD East.

Morgan Coleman, Trinity — Coleman had five goals and five assists in a 16-6 win over Carlisle.

Ashlyn LaGray, Lower Dauphin — LaGray had five goals and two assists in an 18-2 win over Cumberland Valley.

Madison McNamee, Central Dauphin — McNamee had five goals, five groundballs, four draw controls and three caused turnovers in a 16-2 win over Conestoga Valley and scored five more goals in a win over Northern.

Macey Mitchell, State College — Mitchell had six goals, three assists, six draw controls, three ground balls and two caused turnovers in an 18-3 win over Bishop McDevitt.

Maddie Fissel, Mechanicsburg -- Scored three goals, including the overtime game-winner, against Bishop McDevitt.

Sophie Harlacher, Northern — Harlacher had six goals and an assist in a 20-12 win over West York.

Kyra Urick, Northern — Urick had five goals and an assist in a 20-12 win over West York.

Ella Tambroni, State College — Tambroni had four goals, four draw controls, five ground balls and four caused turnovers in an 18-3 win over Bishop McDevitt and added a pair of tallies in a loss to Hershey.
