Gurugram: Elvish Yadav, a popular YouTuber and winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, has recently been granted bail in both the assault and snake venom cases. Following his release, he has returned to his characteristic lavish lifestyle, albeit with a touch of humility. In his first Instagram post after obtaining bail, he proudly showcases a couple of luxury cars, but interestingly, the caption accompanying the post reflects his newfound perspective on life, emphasising the value of time as the ultimate teacher. This suggests that Yadav may have undergone some personal growth and introspection during his legal troubles.

Elvish, who had recently been granted bail in an assault case, took to his Instagram account on Saturday to share a photo of himself posing with two luxurious cars. In the picture, he is seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, a black half jacket, brown boots, and sunglasses, with his gaze averted from the camera. However, what caught the attention of his followers was his caption in Hindi, which translates to, “Time may not be visible, but it reveals a lot.” He also included hashtags for Elvish Yadav and Elvish Army.

The social media influencer was arrested in connection with a case involving snake venom. Following his arrest, his parents, Ram Avtar Yadav and Sushma Yadav, spoke out in support of their son. In an interview with Aaj Tak, they clarified that Elvish used to borrow luxury cars such as Mercedes and Porsche for his popular vlogs. Elvish’s father explained that Elvish would rent older cars to feature in his YouTube videos and would present them as his own new cars while showcasing stunts. This provides insight into Elvish’s approach to creating content for his YouTube channel and sheds light on the controversy surrounding his use of luxury cars in his videos.

On Saturday, a court in Gurugram granted bail to Elvish in a case of assault against YouTuber Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern. Elvish was given bail because he and the complainant YouTuber had come to a mutual agreement. The incident occurred on March 8 when Elvish Yadav was captured on video assaulting content creator Sagar Thakur in a mall shop in Gurugram. Following Sagar’s complaint, an FIR was filed against Elvish Yadav and others at Sector 53 Police Station.

Elvish was granted bail by a Gautam Buddh Nagar court in a drugs case on Friday, after spending six days in jail. He was arrested on March 17 by the Noida Police as part of their investigation into the suspected use of snake venom as a recreational drug at parties hosted by Elvish. The case stemmed from an FIR filed at Noida’s Sector 49 police station on November 3 last year, based on a complaint from a representative of the animal rights NGO People for Animals (PFA). Apart from Elvish, five other individuals were named in the FIR, all of whom are snake charmers. The five other accused were arrested in November but are currently out on bail.
