AND DOCTOR GOLD. MORE NEWS. A MAN GOES TO THE E.R. LATE LAST NIGHT. THE VICTIM OF A DRIVE BY, AND ONLY IN KETV CRIME STOPPERS WE CAN SHOW YOU VIDEO OF THE SHOOTING. INVESTIGATORS HOPE YOU’LL RECOGNIZE SOMETHING THAT LEADS TO WHOMEVER PULLED THE TRIGGER. THE SCENE IS A LITTLE BEFORE MIDNIGHT LAST NIGHT ON 33RD BETWEEN PARKER AND DECATUR. THE VICTIM COMES OUT OF A STORE THERE, PUTS HIS ITEMS INTO THE PASSENGER SIDE OF HIS PICKUP TRUCK. HE THEN WALKS AROUND TO GET IN THE TRUCK. HE NOTICES A CAR COMING BUT DOESN’T SEEM TO PAY MUCH ATTENTION TO IT. WELL, SOMEONE INSIDE THAT CAR OPENS FIRE RIGHT THERE, HITTING THE VICTIM IN HIS ANKLE AS THE CAR DRIVES AWAY. THE VICTIM THEN LIMPS AND HOPS HIS WAY INTO THE STORE AND CALLS FOR HELP. NOW, INVESTIGATORS SAY THIS SECOND CAMERA FROM OUTSIDE THE STORE SHOWS THE SUSPECT’S CAR DRIVING BY ZOOMED IN. IT APPEARS THERE IS SOMEONE IN THE BACK SEAT, POSSIBLY THE SHOOTER. THEY DON’T SEEM TO BE IN A HURRY, JUST DRIVING OFF. OKAY, NOW HERE’S A FREEZE FRAME OF THE CAR AGAIN. INVESTIGATORS SAY THEIR BEST GUESS IS THAT IT’S A 2009 TO 2011. FOUR DOOR CHEVY CRUZE. MAYBE DARK BLUE IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO DRIVES A CAR LIKE THAT AND MAY HAVE BEEN IN THE AREA OF 33RD AND PARKER LAST NIGHT, LAKE CRIME STOPPERS KNOW IF THERE’S AN ARREST, YOU MIGHT BE ELIGIBLE FOR

A man went to the emergency room late Tuesday night, the victim of a drive-by shooting. Investigators hope the public will be able to assist them in finding whoever pulled the trigger.
