The victim came out of a store, put his items into the passenger side of his pickup truck, and walked around to get in.

He noticed a car coming but didn't seem to pay much attention to it.
Someone inside the car opened fire, hitting the victim in his ankle.
As the car drove away, the victim limped and hopped into the store to call for help.
Investigators said a camera from outside the store showed the suspect's car driving by.
It appeared there was someone in the backseat, possibly the shooter.
They didn't seem to be in a hurry, just driving off.
Investigators said their best guess is that the vehicle was a 2009 to 2011 four-door Chevy Cruze, maybe dark blue.
