THERE WILL BE LIVE MUSIC, A BOARD GAME BAR, AND A SCAVENGER HUNT. A LOCAL GROUP IS WORKING TO TEACH áCONFIDENCEá THROUGH CYCLING. THE TRAILBLAZERS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION CAME TOGETHER IN PEA RIDGE THIS MORNING TO HELP TEENS AND ADULTS WHO NEVER LEARNED HOW TO RIDE A BIKE. <> ("It actually starts with learning how to balance first. So it's really accessible for any adults who maybe never had the chance to ride a bike or learn how to ride a bike as a kid. And it moves forth through braking, shifting, turning general trail etiquette rules the road overall and making sure that they know how to be safe and confident out there.") The Trailblazers nonprofit organization held a bike riding class Saturday morning for Pea Ridge teens and adults who never learned to ride a bike. The class started with having participants learn to balance on a bike before starting to pedal.The class then moves forth through braking, shifting, turning, and general trail etiquette and rules of the road. The program manager, Gabriela Ruiz said, "It's really accessible for any adults who maybe never had the chance to ride a bike or learn how to ride a bike as a kid."The next Pea Ridge riding class is scheduled for next Saturday.
