Christina Milian Gets Snoop Dogg For New Song; ‘Like Me’ Diva Hints About Ex-Beau Lil Wayne?
Christina Milian got hiphop star Snoop Dogg for her new song, "Like Me." While the R&B diva seems to be focusing on her career, she still hinted about her former beau, Lil Wayne, during an interview.
A report from BET revealed that Christina Milian's collaboration with Snoop Dogg is the lead single off her upcoming EP, "4U." The 34-year-old recording artist gushed about her first time to work with the "Gin and Juice" rapper.
"Getting Snoop Dogg on the record was one of the best choices I could've made," she said.
"Everyone loves Snoop. I've been a fan and he really came through and showed love on his verse."
"I'm excited my fans are finally getting a piece of what I have been talking about for my EP," she added.
While explaining the meaning of her new single, Christina Milian still managed to hint about her past relationship with Lil Wayne.
"'Like Me' is one of the catchy and relatable records that says I'm confident, I'm real and unique to any other relationship you'll ever experience," she explained.
"Everyone brings something different to the table when you're falling in love. As long as you're confident and secure with yourself, I think it gives you your own stamp and makes you a power player in a relationship."
Christina Milian recently made news for her emotional breakdown in her reality series "Christina Milian Turned Up."
According to a recent report from Vibe, the songstress broke up with Lil Wayne after discovering that he supposedly cheated with a stripper.
"I said I'll always love [him], but it sucks it has to end like this," Christina Milian said.
The sexy singer then confessed how much she loves the "Young Money" rapper.
"I've never loved anyone the way that I love Wayne, not even my ex-husband," Christina Milian revealed, referring to R&B crooner The Dream, whom she shares a five-year-old daughter with.
"I've never loved anyone the way that I love [Lil Wayne]. I've never had anyone understand me the way that he has."
