The Devils are trading defenseman Colin Miller to the Winnipeg Jets, a person with knowledge of the situation told NJ Advance Media on Friday. The Devils are acquiring a fourth-round pick in exchange.

The 31-year-old Miller has four goals and eight points in 41 games. He is a right-handed defenseman with a hard shot –– and even saw some power play time with New Jersey this season.
