CALHOUN COUNTY, MI -- Temperatures are rising, daffodils are blooming and construction vehicles are returning to I-94 in Calhoun County.
Work is resuming on a $160 million project to repave, rebuild and repair the road and bridges in the county over three years, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
