    He is the world.

Ventriloquist Terry Fator recently posted a video of him voicing every singer who participated in the fabled “We Are the World” recording sessions, bringing out puppets of everyone from Tina Turner to Kenny Rogers to Steve Perry to sing their lines. The impetus was the release of the new Netflix documentary about the taping of that song.

Fator jumpstarted his national fame by winning season two of “America’s Got Talent” all the way back in 2007, when the host was Jerry Springer and the judges were David Hasselhoff, Piers Morgan and Sharon Osbourne.

Fator went on to become a popular act in Vegas and on tour. He performs Friday at Foxwoods, so expect his best-known supporting characters to turn up, including Walter T. Airdale and Maynard Tompkins.

Terry Fator, 8 p.m. Friday, Premier Theater, Foxwoods; $49 and up; foxwoods.com.
