Katy Perry (née Katheryn Hudson) is an American singer, songwriter and TV personality. She first rose to fame with her 2008 hit single, "I Kissed a Girl." She shot to superstardom with the 2010 album Teenage Dream, which featured five No.1 singles, including "California Girls," "E.T." and "Firework." She has released five studio albums which have culminated in 50 billion streams and over 48 million albums sold worldwide. She has served as a judge on ABC's American Idol since 2018.
