Christ Church pulled away from North Monday afternoon, 86-43, to advance to Saturday’s 1A state championship game in Florence.
The Cavaliers (19-5) face Bethune-Bowman, which defeated Cross, 53-43, in the other state semi-final game to claim the lower state crown.
The St. Joe’s girls had their season end at 21-10 as they fell to Denmark-Olar for a second straight season, 52-41, in their 1A semi-final contest.
