The $17.95 item an Ocean Alley member was caught stealing

'I'M SORRY'

A member of the hugely popular Australian band Ocean Alley has been caught on CCTV stealing from a New Zealand store.

Keyboardist Lachlan Galbraith was forced to apologise after footage posted online by Hunting and Fishing Queenstown showed him putting a $17.95 bottle lid in his bag.

“Good to see the fellas in town for their performance at (the Rhythm and Alps music festival) tonight,” the store captioned the now-deleted post.

“Unfortunately, it looks like there was just a little too much Confidence in-store today,” they added referencing the band’s hit song.
