NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Gary LeVox, formerly of the modern country music band Rascal Flatts, sang a seven-day forecast at WSMV4′s studios Friday while promoting the nationally syndicated show “The SONG.”

LeVox appeared alongside the show’s host Krista Marie to promote the fifth season of the show. LeVox performed his new single “Make It Rhyme” on last week’s episode.

The multi-genre music, entertainment and lifestyle show reveals the stories behind some of the biggest rock, pop, country, Triple A, R&B and hip-hop songs ever written and recorded while illuminating the power music has over thought, feelings and society.

The hit TV series, managed by Gray Television, relaunched in January for its fifth season with 13 episodes that feature music’s most iconic artists performing legendary songs in some of the most scenic locations in America.

It is co-packaged and produced by Oswald Entertainment Group and Tupelo Honey, also owned by Gray Television. THE SONG is directed by renowned film and still photographer, David “Doc” Abbott & written, edited & produced by Scott Kono, Stephen Wallen & Krista Marie. The executive producers are Marc Oswald & Cary Glotzer.

The SONG airs on Saturday at midnight on WSMV4 after Saturday Night Live. This week’s episode features ‘90′s rockers Puddle of Mudd performing their hit “Blurry” and other songs.
