Hello, did you just wander over to Google to casually/respectfully try to find out whether John Cena was actually naked at the Oscars? Based on behind-the-scenes video evidence that would be a definite yep.
For those who missed the moment live, John showed up for a bit with Jimmy Kimmel, where he was tasked with “streaking” across the stage. This was based on an iconic moment that happened at the Oscars many years ago, although during that year, it was definitely *not* planned. Instead John hid behind a partition and pensively told Jimmy, “I, uh, changed my mind—I don’t wanna do the streaker bit. I just don’t feel right about it.” He then shimmied naked across the stage with just an envelope covering him, before noting, “I can’t open the envelope.”
At this point, the camera cut and what we didn’t see? John changing onstage...fully naked. Here’s a photo from the side....
