Jimmie Allen's sexual assault lawsuit DROPPED by singer's former manager as the pair reach an agreement... as he still faces an ADDITIONAL lawsuit

Jimmie Allen's former manager has dropped the sexual assault lawsuit against the star on Thursday upon coming to an agreement, per People - after initially filing the court documents last year in May.

The country singer, 38 - who is still facing a second sexual assault lawsuit by another woman that was filed in June 2023 - had been accused of allegedly raping and sexually assaulting the former manager over an 18-month period.

The woman - who went by the name of Jane Doe in court documents - agreed to drop the lawsuit in the Middle Tennessee District Court which became effective on March 14.

A representative for the former manager, FeganScott LLC, also released an official statement to the outlet.

'FeganScott can confirm that Jane Doe and Jimmie Allen have reached a mutual accord as to Plaintiff's claims and Mr. Allen's counterclaims and have agreed to dismiss them.'

'The decision reflects only that both parties desire to move past litigation,' the representative added.

Despite Jane Doe officially dropping the sexual lawsuit against Allen, she is still suing Jimmie's former management company, Wide Open Music, and the founder, Ash Bowers.

Back in May 2023, the woman in her early 20s - who was formerly employed by Allen's management company - alleged the performer first raped her in March 2021, taking her virginity.

The unnamed woman also claimed Allen would go onto to repeatedly rape her, grope her, videotape them having sex, and harass her with calls and texts even when he was on his honeymoon, Variety reported at the time.

Jimmie has since denied all claims and says the pair's sexual relationship was consensual.

In a statement to DailyMail.com, Allen said: 'It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever.'

'I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship - one that lasted for nearly two years,' he added.

'During that time she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely.'

'Only after things ended between us, did she hire a lawyer to reach out and ask for money, which leads me to question her motives. The simple fact is, her accusations are not only false, but also extremely damaging.'

Jimmie continued, 'I've worked incredibly hard to build my career, and I intend to mount a vigorous defense to her claims and take all other legal action necessary to protect my reputation.'

Jane Doe's attorney Elizabeth Fegan responded that their initial demand was to meet to discuss Allen's behavior with the singer and his legal counsel to resolve the claims.

The attorney claims Allen declined with the response 'was colored with threats that his team would take steps to publicly tarnish my client' - leaving Jane with no choice but to 'protect herself' by filing the complaint.

At the time of the court filing, Allen had been sued for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, sex trafficking and emotional distress - which has now been dropped.

Bowers and Wide Open Music were also sued for gross negligence and participating in a venture engaged in sex trafficking, alongside other counts.

Jane began her job at Wide Open Music in April 2020 and claims that the first time she met Allen at a remote capture for CMA Summer Jam in May 2020 - that he shouted from the stage 'Are you single?'

While his former manager officially dropped the lawsuit earlier this on Thursday, Jimmie still faces a second sexual assault lawsuit that is currently ongoing.

A woman - who went by the name of Jane Doe 2 - filed the lawsuit in June 2023 and alleged that Allen had secretly filmed her during sex.

She claimed that the singer 'randomly' approached her on a plane in May 2022 and began to pursue her with daily phone communication for two months, per Variety.

They then agreed to meet in Las Vegas, where the woman alleges she was sexually assaulted in a hotel room.

She claimed Allen had intercourse with her without a condom and told her he 'wanted to get her pregnant' - despite her wishes to use protection. She also claimed she repeatedly asked him to stop during intercourse - which he ignored.

The suit stated that Jane Doe 2 saw Allen's phone hidden in the hotel room closet and it had recorded their intercourse without her knowledge.

She claimed she took the phone, left the hotel room and flew home alone, before filing a police report and turning the phone into the police.

Jane Doe 2 is suing Allen and his bodyguard and the company that employed his bodyguard at the time. She is suing Allen for battery, assault, invasion of privacy and emotional distress.

The following month, Jimmie counter-sued the woman who accused him of sexual assault and claimed he filmed her during sex without her consent.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Allen said the sex was consensual and that the woman told him she was 'fine' with him setting up his phone to record their intercourse.

In the countersuit Allen confirmed everything Jane Doe 2 said about their meeting and how they traveled to Las Vegas - however he said they were kissing on the balcony and that when he asked to set up his camera, she agreed.

Allen stated in the countersuit they had consensual, unprotected sex with the camera in 'plain view' on a shelving unit at the foot of the bed.

He claimed he fell asleep after the sexual intercourse and after he woke up, the woman and his phone were gone.

Allen stated he believes the woman took the phone and mailed it to police and that he did not get it back - so he wants damages from her.

In a statement announcing the countersuit Allen denied the sexual assault allegation again and said: 'As the son and brother of rape victims, and the father of daughters, these false claims are extremely hurtful to me and everyone around me.'

In April 2023, before the lawsuits came to light, Jimmie and his wife Alexis Gale - whom he married in 2021 - announced their separation, despite her being pregnant with their third child at the time.

However, last year in October - shortly after Alexis gave birth to their third baby - it was reported that the couple had reconciled.

A representative told People at the time that their split 'was never fully seen through legally' and added the pair 'decided to work on things together and are still together.'

The following month in November, Allen's divorce lawyers told TMZ they 'lost communication' with their client as he works on his marriage with Alexis.
