The lineup has been revealed for October’s NOLA Funk Fest.

Three days of fun, food and funk will be coming to the New Orleans Jazz Museum from Friday, Oct. 18, until Sunday, Oct. 20, with heavy-hitting musical acts like George Porter Jr. and Leo Nocentelli, The Soul Rebels, Big Freedia and more.

The festival is a fundraiser for the proposed Louisiana Music and Heritage Experience, a museum “of grand scale dedicated to the preservation of Louisiana’s rich musical history.” The museum is set to be built across the street from the New Orleans Convention Center, and is tentatively slated to open in 2027.

General admission tickets are on sale now at $35 for a one-day pass and $90 for a three-day pass. Louisiana locals can purchase discounted tickets online, but must present a valid Louisiana ID at the ticket booth to receive their bracelets.

Prices go up on Sunday, March 24, at 11:50 p.m. CT.

Last year’s NOLA Funk Fest included two symposiums dedicated to influential funk artists from New Orleans, Earl King and Dave Bartholomew. The festival will hold similar symposiums this year, with admission only available through the Super VIP ticket package.

The VIP package also includes an exclusive show on Thursday, Oct. 17, special access to front/side stage areas and a complimentary merch bag.
