‘No Hate No Fear’ tour comes to Fishtown on April 20

PHILADELPHIA, March 21, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Comedian Carlos Mencia has been selling out shows across the country, and he’s bringing his stand-up to Philadelphia.

Mencia’s "No Hate No Fear" tour is coming to Rivers Casino on Saturday, April 20, at 8 p.m. From social commentary to personal anecdotes, get ready to laugh at Mencia’s smart, edgy and long-awaited stand-up comedy.

Tickets for the performance start at $39 and are on sale now.

Mencia is best known for his raw and unfiltered style of comedy, which he has showcased to great success on comedy stages and in television shows and movies. He has recently gone back to his comedic roots on this tour, sharing his newest material with smaller, more intimate audiences.

As a comedian who finds the hilarious irony in both day-to-day and newsworthy events, Mencia is never lacking in material. He recently reprised his role as Felix Boulevardez in Disney+’s "The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder," the revival of the groundbreaking animated series "The Proud Family."

Mencia began his comedic career in California at the Laugh Factory and The Comedy Store, before landing on shows such as "In Living Color," "The Arsenio Hall Show" and "An Evening at the Improv."

After performing on HBO and Comedy Central, Mencia moved to the big screen. He starred opposite Ben Stiller and Michelle Monaghan in "The Heartbreak Kid" and in the family comedy "Our Family Wedding" alongside America Ferrera and Forest Whitaker.
