The ”55th annual NAACP Image Awards” will be broadcast live on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at 8 p.m./5 p.m. PT on BET.
The big night of entertainment kicks off live at 7 p.m. ET on BET, BET Her and VH1, with the “55th NAACP Image Awards” Red Carpet Live! hosted by Terrence J, Naturi Naughton, and Novi Brown.
According to the BET website, the mega event commemorates the outstanding achievements and performances of people of color across more than 80 competitive categories spanning film, television and streaming, music, literature, and podcasts.
Be sure to tune in to see Emmy and Golden Globe-winning and Academy Award-nominated actor and producer Queen Latifah who will reprise her role as host of the prestigious “55th NAACP Image Awards.”

2024 IMAGE AWARDS PERFORMERS

Multi-platinum vocalist, GRAMMY winner, and Academy Award nominee Andra Day will also perform.
Honorees include poet laureate Amanda Gorman who will be honored with the prestigious Chairman’s Award, and R&B supergroup New Edition will receive the Hall of Fame Award.
