BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WKRG) — Music group Alabama is coming to Orange Beach in May, and they say they have a “very special” guest joining them.

According to a press release, Alabama — a Grammy award-winning Fort Payne, Alabama group that formed over 50 years ago — is bringing country singer-songwriter Jamey Johnson as their special guest to Orange Beach for their Roll on II North America Tour.

Alabama’s chart-topping hits include “Dixieland Delight” (1983), “Song of the South” (1989), “Roll On” (1984) and many more. Johnson burst onto the country music scene with his 2008 hit, “In Living Color.”

The Alabama and Jamey Johnson tour is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, at The Wharf Amphitheater.

Tickets go on sale starting on March 15 through Ticketmaster, according to the release. In-person tickets can also be bought at the Wharf Box Office at 4985 Wharf Parkway East.

All dates, acts and ticket prices are subject to change. According to the release, a service charge has also been added to each ticket.
