iLuminate set to perform at the Chuck Mathena Center
PRINCETON, WV (WVNS) — Tuesday, March 5, 2024 Las Vegas’ famous iLuminate group will perform at the Chuck Mathena Center in Princeton.
Tuesday’s show will be the only performance held by the group in West Virginia for their 2024 tour. The group’s lighting effects are created by custom LED suits that the dancers wear that connect with iLuminate’s proprietary software, and emphasize the dance moves from the cast.
Executive Director for the Chuck Mathena Center, Candace Wilson told 59News this is an exciting event for folks living in Mercer County.

“I think it’s a huge deal. We have Vegas show runners. They’ve had a residency in Vegas for 10 years. Just to be apart of their first tours they’re doing makes me really excited. A lot of people can’t travel to Vegas and things like that. It’s definitely special to bring something special like that here that they can experience right in their own backyard.”
