SBI does too but frequently toggles the option on & off

Banks allow to change number easily thru APP or ATM for account but for CC, one has to go to bank and fill a form.

You guys will be shocked to know but Axis Bank does allow me to change my registered number for my Salary account (+Saving Account) and all CCs account.
I did it using Axis App.
