EL DORADO, Kan. (KAKE) - A Kansas high school teacher accused of having sexual relations with a student is back in jail for violating the conditions of her bond. 

The El Dorado Police Department said Jelinda Keeling was arrested Thursday and booked into the Butler County Jail for violating a protection order. 

Keeling was previously arrested on March 14 and booked for unlawful sexual relations and is accused of having a sexual relationship with an El Dorado High School student. 

Keeling is listed as a math teacher, junior class sponsor and assistant scholar's bowl coach on the USD 490 website.

El Dorado police investigated a report regarding a teacher having a sexual relationship with a student. The investigation led to the arrest of Jelinda Dawn Keeling. Keeling was booked into the Butler County jail for unlawful sexual relations.

Keeling was listed as math teacher at El Dorado High School. An online post shows Keeling has worked in El Dorado for 13 years and previously taught in Chetopa, Kansas.
