Location Collective launching OMA V Film Studios

Location Collective, the UK’s third largest studio owner-operator, has announced the OMA V Film Studios set to open this spring, designed to provide purpose-made space for high-end TV shows and feature films. The announcement comes as the UK Government shows its commitment to supporting the film and TV sector through new tax reliefs and business rates relief for film studios.
Located in Radlett, Hertfordshire, OMA V is the a high specification film studio facility to be created in the St Albans area, with easy access to the M25. The facility has been designed for productions looking for a fully self-contained and controllable studio solution.
Site features include:
- A 5 acre site within the M25
- 65,000 sq ft of high specification sound stages (1 x 32,000 sq ft stage and 2 x 16,500 sq ft stages), fully soundproofed to industry standard NR25 level
- 35,600 sq ft of production office and support space
- A power upgrade to ensure the facility can run from renewable stage and house power
- Full studio management service
- Within an hour’s drive time of London’s crew base
- A fully private, secure and controllable site
